Very short interview process. One phone interview, one store visit, and interview at the main office. Phone interview was short and easy. Store visit was just to learn more about store operations and what the job of a management trainee includes. Final interview was more about getting to know you and asking questions about your resume.

Started with a phone interview after the application submission. Then the in store interview was scheduled. You're told to print out questions to ask the interviewer. Left on read and ghosted by recruiter after interview. Unprofessional.
