Simple and concise. The people were nice enough and were willing to listen and it flowed like a conversation. Overall, it was very informal, not like someone interrogating you and made it seem like they were genuinely interested in learning more about you.

I received a voicemail from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview after dropping my resume off at a college career fair. Them, I had two in person interviews with the Vice Presidents of Sales. The process took about 2 months.

The interviewer was friendly and energetic. He allowed me to asks questions for most of the interview rather than simply asking me questions, which made me feel this company cares about their employees.

Fairly standard interview process; including an initial screening done over Zoom, a store walkthrough, and final interview with the district manager. Interview questions were fair and were important to the functions of the work done during the internship.
