Simple and concise. The people were nice enough and were willing to listen and it flowed like a conversation. Overall, it was very informal, not like someone interrogating you and made it seem like they were genuinely interested in learning more about you.

Very laid back interview that felt more like a discussion rather than a traditional interview. Ended up talking with interviewer for an hour and a half. Right after talking with the District Manager he offered me the job on the spot.

The interviewer was friendly and energetic. He allowed me to asks questions for most of the interview rather than simply asking me questions, which made me feel this company cares about their employees.

Fairly standard interview process; including an initial screening done over Zoom, a store walkthrough, and final interview with the district manager. Interview questions were fair and were important to the functions of the work done during the internship.
