Entretien
it varies on the city manager but it may be slightly informal and laxed. I went to 1 of their stores and met with the city manager. (usually you have to do a phone interview after applying online but in my case I had met the city manager at a career fair so it kinda acted as a 1st interview) He offered water, tea or coffee. (they expect you to be professionally dressed) was probably about 30-45 mins. STarts of with tell me about yourself.
Once you pass the first interview you will be sent on a "store visit" which is another interview but this time it will be with a store manager ( this one unless you very much mess up such as vulgar manners, or acted i an inappropriate manner usually you will go for the final interview which for the most part will be with the district manager. Even that is a given because due to constant turnovers and shortstaffing they always are looking for MT well in metro areas that is.

Entretien
I was an internal applicant who transferred from the store level and interviewed for the management positions. First was the phone interview with HR to tell if you were a good candidate. Standard get to know you questions, information about your background and some customer service based questions. 2nd interview was with the City manager, this interview was more in-depth with my experiences in the store level and what I hope to learn with my time here at SW. Last interview was with the District Manager, this was a shorter get to know you interview with less technical questions and more of a formality.

Contacted by a HR person, had a phone interview then a store visit to learn more about the role. In person interview with the district manager. The first phone interview is not as important as the final in person interview with the district manager, I recommend that you ask if he does has any concerns.

schedule an interview a month in advance and didnt talk to the person i scheduled it with. the interview was jus some simple questions about who you are and what you want to do with the company. there was not a job offer when i was interviewed, just the interviewer say that they will get back to me and let me know. this was a few weeks ago now so im not expecting any response back at this pont
