Well I first had an initial pre-screening phone interview, then was set up with an in store visit just a couple days later. You're given an email with all the questions you SHOULD ask the store/assistant manager if they're available during your in store visit. Talk to the employees as well since I had come early to take a look around this particular store, I wanted to get a feel of where my potential career environment would be. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not communicating with the employee. Anyways, you'll have a meeting with either the store/assistant manager or both. You don't have to necessarily memorize the questions given to you (because there's roughly 4 pages of it), but it's good to know some from the top of your head so you're not constantly looking down at a paper and writing down their answers. Anyways, they'll show you around the store and just give you a feel of what a day is like working there/job responsibilities etc. I then had a 1:1 with the district manager who asked me to talk through my resume as well as asked basic interview/behavioral questions. I personally was a bit nervous since I had just graduated and although had some work experience, I wan't very used to interviews much since I was promoted from within from my previous jobs, so I think the interviewer recognized that I was a bit tense and nervous. BE CONFIDENT. Try and sell yourself and your abilities. I knew the skills and abilities I possessed would've fit perfectly with this company, but I guess the nerves overcame me. Anyways, be aggressive in your interview. Let them know that you're the right candidate and even if you don't have much work experience, sell yourself on other qualities academically related and how that would relate to an MTP at hand. And ask questions. Interviewers always like this. Research their company, the position you're applying to and what it entails/requires of you. Always use the STAR method when necessary. I wish I had done this in mine but oh well, in the end I knew that this job wasn't meant for me. Good luck!

Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Asked mostly about my experience and involvement in college.

the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
