I applied online, and I received a phone call from someone from the hr department within a week to invite me to an assessment centre. I asked if they could send me a confirmation email, which I waited at least a week to receive. At the assessment centre (on a Wednesday) only 3 candidates including myself were present and there were 4 panel members including the would be boss, collegues and boss's boss the regional EMEA director of IT. The panel members were very nice and encouraging, there's not a single bad word I can say about them. We were told the hired candidate would start the up-coming Monday, implying the decision would need to be made by Friday. I waited patiently until Monday and I emailed on Tuesday to enquire and recieve feedback on my performance. The hr person replied in a very cold and generic email. I have emailed the hr person 3 more times and I have not recieve da single response. Considering there were only 3 candidates I could believe they had no curtesy email to tell me I was unsuccessful and to give feedback.
