Went through multiple layers of interviews starting with the recruiter through upper management. Lasting about two and half weeks. Upon the final interview a decision was to be made on the position by end of that week. No communication was made from company or recruiter. Reached out via email first to follow up and no reply. A few days later I called the recruiter left a voicemail . No call back or acknowledgement after a week. Ghosting is not professional and if this is how candidates are treated after multiple interviews this is terrible.
