Interview seemed fairly straightforward at first. I was interviewed by 3 separate people, one was the main manager of the location, not sure the title of the second person and finally the supervisor I would have reported to. During the interview with that particular supervisor he asked questions that directly revealed protected status information. I was asked if I was married or had children. Huge red flag for me. I was not offered the position but after those questions I would not have taken the position anyway.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shelter Insurance, starting with their interview process. I was interviewed by three people, one of whom was shockingly unprofessional. The interviewer was rude, dismissive, and made the already lengthy job interview feel unbearable. Her lack of professionalism was so off putting that I was genuinely relieved not to receive an offer
Three-hour interview at first, but now, they have it as 3- 30 min interviews and they want you to have a STAR answer every time. Situation/task, action, and result. Then they rank your answers.

Did a phone interview and was told I was being pushed to the next step, an online assessment and then a formal interview. They did not respond for over a month and the advised the position was filled.
