I had a total of 3 interviews. The recruiter said a decision would be made at the end of the day of the 3rd interview and that she would call me on the next business day to discuss how things went. She didn't call and I didn't hear from her for 4 weeks. She sent an email letting me know she was back from vacation and that the position had been offered to someone else.
