2. Round 1: HR Screening (Phone Call)
HR asks generic questions:
"Why do you want this role?"
"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
"What are your hobbies?"
3. Round 2: Technical Interview (Video Call)
The candidate is asked to:
Explain the lifecycle of a Flutter app.
Write a function to reverse a string in Dart on a shared document.
Discuss Firebase integration for push notifications.
However, the interviewer abruptly switches to asking unrelated topics like:
"What is polymorphism in OOP?"
"What’s the capital of Brazil?"
