It was very easy. The manager brought you to the office and discuss about be company, asked questions and mainly talked about what you would be doing allowed you to walk around he store and meet employees

Entretien
The interview was friendly and straightforward. Questions were asked about my background and how I would respond to various situations. The importance of the roll is to maintain a positive attitude and strive.
Met with an assistant manager who thought I was there for a salesperson interview. Once it was established that I was there for a shift supervisor position I was set up with a follow-up interview with the store manager. Overall the interview was relaxed but had the typical questions.

One short phone interview, a long phone call, followed by an in person interview in the very small office. I was told my asking rate was absurd and I was up against very overqualified candidates
