CV submission, followed by a video call with the hiring team. When I was successful with that, I received the design challenge to complete and was then chosen for a final teams interview with several design engineers to discuss the challenge outcome and additional skills.

The first stage is a 20-30 mins call with a recruiter. Then they give you a one-month design task, if you pass. Finally, you get a final call if you pass the design stage.
