Process goes like this: informal phone screen --> formal interview with hiring manager --> given assignment to complete and asked to create powerpoint presentation summarizing results --> no show for meeting to present analysis --> no follow up after requesting I keep the next day open I received a phone call from the recruiter an hour after the meeting was scheduled and given the excuse that something came up, but to not take a single minute to send an email to communicate the need to reschedule is extremely unprofessional and a giant red flag for this company. I have yet to receive a response after multiple follow ups. Almost feels like I was used for free labor.
