J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez SharkNinja (Paris) en févr. 2026
Entretien
My first interview with the talent acquisition team went very well. The conversation was smooth, professional, and gave me a positive impression of the company and the role.
The second interview with the team in Paris was more mixed. The discussion itself was fine, and I felt that I answered their questions thoroughly with thoughtful and constructive responses. However, the interview felt somewhat unprepared on their end, which made the exchange less structured than expected.
After the interview, I was informed that I would not be moving forward to the next step (a third interview). I reached out to ask for feedback so I could better understand their decision and improve for future opportunities. Unfortunately, I only received a very generic response. I followed up once more in case my request had been overlooked, but I did not receive any further reply.
Overall, while parts of the process were positive, the lack of clear feedback and communication afterward was disappointing. Given the time and effort candidates invest in preparing for interviews, providing brief but constructive feedback would be a professional and appreciated practice.
I initially had very positive first and second-round interviews with both HR and the Marketing Manager, during which I felt my skills and experience aligned well with the role and the team.
Following these interviews, I invested a significant amount of time and effort into preparing a detailed case study, demonstrating my strategic thinking and practical approach to the challenges presented. A week after submitting this work, I received only an automated no-reply email from the Global HR Manager informing me that my application had been rejected.
In an effort to gain constructive feedback and better understand the decision, I reached out directly to the Global HR Manager. Despite this reasonable request, I never received any response. The lack of communication and basic professional courtesy at this stage of the hiring process was disappointing, particularly after the substantial time and effort I had dedicated to the application.
