Very long process for an entry-level job.
The first part was an online test (30 min) with logical questions as well as questions based on the investment world (you can use internet and your knowledge).
Then it was a one hour and a half interview with the Head of Customer Support team, questions about your background and experience and another test to answer customer questions via a virtual online chat.
The interview process itself is not unusual, but the team did not provide any feedback until I left a review here, over a month after the interview, stating that they had a change of direction and were no longer hiring…
