I applied online and an individual from HR reached out immediately for a phone interview. The position listed vs what was being said were two completely different expectations of qualifications. They had also been looking for a long time apparently for someone to fill the role which makes me think that they are just being insanely picky. They said they would get back to me by the end of the week with an update if I would move forward but it ended up taking two weeks.
