      Entretien

Thought I was going into an HR screening and was met on call with two men who did not introduce themselves. Then they launch into their standard "screening questions" which were the largest red flags I have had the displeasure of trying to answer. Overall, it seems they are looking for someone who is okay with being overworked, emotionally abused forever and foster zero career growth. Do not even waste 40 minutes talking to these people. There is obviously some sort of reactive, abusive person in leadership who is looking for their next punching bag. Every line of questioning took the negative spin in every way imaginable. Hard pass.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

      1. What was the last thing at work that you did wrong? 2. Are you open to criticism? How would you react to someone saying your work is bad? 3. How can you tell when someone is having a bad day? 4. Do you have any professional regrets? 5. What are the things in your past that you can say you've sacrificed for your job? 6. If you were guaranteed job security, but you would stay in the same position the entire time, would that be something that could be of interest to you? 7. What would another job take for you to pursue another opportunity? 8. When was the last time you had a conflict with a coworker? 9. Are you okay with working for someone who knows more than you?
