There was a personality profile, a test on math and basic english, a test on how to draw a system, then a peer interview and a senior staff interview. Overall the staff interviews were very straight forward and the least stressful interviews i've ever done as they focused on the job rather than that one time i provided customer service to a difficult customer.

First phase is all testing. If you pass the testing then you move onto the second and third phase interviewing (or more if applicable).
