First there was a phone interview, where I was asked about what I know about the position, if I am okay with the salary, if I need a sponsorship, etc. It was scheduled for 15 minutes, but it was less than that, from there, I was scheduled for a zoom call, where I was asked some questions about my experience, what I can bring to the role, and my weaknesses, and I also was given even more depth about the role. I also did a mock phone call just to see how I would answer a call. I got a call less than 3 hours later with an offer.

The whole process includes a welcome call with the recruiter and an interview with the hiring manager. The welcome call was about basic info and experience and the interview the manager involves demonstrating customer service experience.

Quick, simple, fast and efficient interview. Consisted of a short phone call followed by a short zoom interview. All happened very fast and I was personally hired within a few day time period

Interview was easygoing and not too hard. They are just trying to get a gage of your personality and whether you have the right traits for the job. They ask certain call scenario questions and do a mock call.
