After a phone interview and interview with the hiring managers I was ghosted. The interview itself was mostly fine, although some questions seemed petty. The hiring manager showed little enthusiasm and didn’t seem to love the job or working there. From the interview I gather that ServiceTitan has grown beyond its ability to effectively/easily organize and execute, and priorities are constantly shifting. On paper the job seemed amazing but it was apparent that the job would be a bit of a painful experience.
