I was interviewed by upper management and one of three managers made me uncomfortable in the interview. They used passive aggressive tone and were accusatory and suggestive of how I obtained the interview. Did not find this to be humorous, and I believe that this set me up for a very stressful interview where I was nervous at the start, rather than being prepared or comfortable to showcase what I could in the limited amount of time that an interview allows for.

To draft an e-mail to hypothetical prospect and to sell them on why the software would be a good fit for the prospect and why the prospect would be good for ST.
It was fine. Multi-stage, asking typical sales-interview questions you can think of. Solid hiring managers and are honest. Company is growing and will see if you have what it takes.

Entretien
Phone interview, followed by an "in-person" interview in front of a panel of interviewers who will all potentially be your future boss'. Overall, experience is positive. Everything is well organized and communication flows effortlessly.
