The interview was fairly easy and the overall process was quick and seamless, I did everything remotely so you can say that may have affected the process a little bit but questions are on point and all relatively related to the position and my previous work experiences.

A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we chatted on a phone call. I really enjoyed the transparency on salary and the need for both parties to find a great fit. Then I met with the hiring manager, took a offline skills assessment, and then met with the director and the hiring manager again to review my analysis.
It was a super quick process! They gave me a very competitive offer a couple hours after the final interviews

The process went quickly and there was good follow up, but the steps following receiving an offer were worse- offer was taken away after being given to me in pursuit of another candidate, which I dont think was the way to handle that.
