Fairly casual half-hour conversations with people in leadership roles. Last segment was primarily a mock cold call and seeing how well you can integrate their feedback on your initial pitch to your second.

I did my interview and i can say I was very personable and had really good conversation with all of the interviewers. I think what caught them off guard was my question to each individual person. I went through their LinkedIn’s and ask question about their backgrounds and how service titan came in the picture. My advice is to make sure you have questions for them because they made sure to leave time after every interview for questions. I believe they want to see how vested you are to attain this role. So do research on your interviewers and ask them questions about their background!

The interview process was extremely smooth. There were two stages, first a phone screen, then a video interview with 4 different members of the organization. The interviewers were very warm and welcoming and made it really easy to talk to them.
