Met with the manager who would be hiring me, moved onto interview with location manager, and finally with district manager as well. Once I met with all three they just kind of talked about how much they love their jobs, and began asking me more technical questions.

Over the phone interview then just a handshake in person so they can see my appearance. After a few routine hvac questions there was nothing out of the ordinary here
