First round : aptitude test with English vocabulary skill and essay writing.
Easy round just get serious for essay because they checks it line by line.
Second round : hr interview.
Needs a fluent english.
Third round : operational hr round.

Was simple and Fast. The HR was patient and nice. I did not wait for a long time. There was a HR round, aptitude round, typing test.The whole procedure got over in a day and the result was informed to my recruiter that i was selected

Appalling - no feedback, the panel were not interested. It felt like they were going through the motions - almost like the job had already been filled...
As it turned out, I found out that they had already offered the position to an internal candidate prior to my interview - what a waste of time
