DSO recruitment process is multi stage and involves physical as well as theory parts. Most of the staff are good (a few super troopers) but most of them are good.

If you have a relative already working there, you will be hired easily. If not you will be screened by officers who know nothing about hiring. If you are attractive you will definitely be hired.
