There was a genuine focus on the candidate (rather than the company) and bringing them best out of the candidate. Serco has it's people at heart, especially from this relatively new grad scheme.

There were standard online tests then a short video interview. Once you get through these stages there is then an assessment centre in Birmingham. There was an introductory presentation then we were divided into groups for a group task, then an individual task and then a one to one interview.
