No formal interview. As long as you have the right qualifications (STA L1/2 or NPLQ) you are pretty much given work. you need to apply for a DBS through the leisure centre you apply at. Depending on which one, you need to chase this up as 3 I've submitted have been lost. Also DO NOT give them original copies of your certificate as they loose them all the time and will ask you for a copy every 6 months because of this.
