I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Sera Neon. After being excited about the opportunity and progressing through the initial stages of their interview process, my experience took a sharp turn for the worse. First, they rescheduled the interview round not once, not twice, but three times, citing various reasons each time. This showed a complete lack of respect for my time and commitment as a candidate. Even more shockingly, after going through the rescheduling ordeal, the company completely ghosted me. There was no communication, no feedback, and no result after all the effort I put into preparing for the interview. Aside from this blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism, my overall impression of Sera Neon is that they lack clear communication, organization, and consideration for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company's values and the way they treat potential employees. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution if considering Sera Neon as an employer. The interview process is a reflection of how a company operates, and my experience with them was a red flag that cannot be ignored. Overall, my encounter with Sera Neon was marked by constant rescheduling, unresponsiveness, and lack of professionalism.
