Starts with phone screening with possibly an HR staff. Seems like more questions are asked in phone screen than them giving infos.
Then there's an online interview with the CTO. However the interviewers did not turn on their web cameras and I was the only one wearing formal and showing my face, it's a quite rude experience as a candidate. Please at least inform candidates if it's just a voice interview to give mutual respect.
As for the interview questions, they will first ask some common HR questions and then throw in some random technical theory questions.
I appreciated that they let me decide whether to proceed with further stages of the interview after disclosing the internship 500 allowance to save time. Which I didn't proceed after that.
