The interview has 4 stages. I did the first interview with human resources and then a technical challenge. A few days later I received the technical challenge to do at home and send it in the next 7 days. After working a few hours on the challenge, I sent it and the next day I received an email which said that my test had been approved by the technical team but that, according to the human resources person, my experience did not match the position. This made me very angry since HR was supposed to check my resume before the first interview and then proceed to the technical challenge. It was a waste of time to participate in the selection process of this company.
