Filled out app on a Thursday and received my 1st email Friday. They are just rolling in slowly for interviews. Have one phone interview and one recorded. I have not done it as yet.

The interview process was a brief phone call and once the interview was set, meeting with a group of charge nurses where they all ask you a few questions. They were mostly scenario questions like how would you react with angry patients and de-escalating a situation. They also asked how would you prioritize tasks during busier times or when urgent orders are placed.
