Contact by HR, prescreened and interview established. 2 on-site meetings occurred. First a panel interview with 4 managers that I would be working with or for. Then final interview with hiring director. At first overwhelming to see 4 people across table, but quickly became clear I wanted to meet who I'd be working with and in kind ask them questions about what help and support they needed and type of workplace they have. Panel experience helped sell me on joining the company.
