Applied online, got a call a few weeks later, they set up a phone interview, if you do good on the phone interview then you get a in office interview. If you do good then you wait a week or so and get a callback telling you do you accept the job or not.

I submitted my resume on 2 days ago and got a call from their recruitment office today!!!!! I am scheduled for a phone interview tomorrow morning. I can't wait. I hope they offer good pay.
