Applied on-line and received an email from HR support within a week or so, asking if I would be interested in screening for the position. Upon accepting, I was scheduled for my first of two screenings. First screening with HR support giving me background of the company and asking a few character questions - very informative and helpful with making my decision to move forward. Second Screeening was scheduled a few days later with the Vice President, Project Manager, and a Operations Manager from another site. This screening/interview was more around my experiences and background in Operations,all three were clear with questioning and wanted to understand more how my experience has developed me as a Manager. Completing the two screenings, I advanced to the Final interview was invited to the site where the opportunity will be and met with the Director and Project Manager. Both introduced themselves and briefly explained their roles, both provided a clear overview of how Sensory Spectrum operated at this location and as a whole. The line of questions were more situational and how my experience would transfer to this role. Both were clear with their questions and I felt unrushed - they allowed me time to answer and expressed a genuine attentiveness.
