Entretien
I was contacted by a staffing agency. I interviewed with the lead designer and was given a software skills test. I was contacted about an hour later and asked to return the following Monday for work. After about 6 months I was asked to become a permanent employee for significantly less pay but enjoyed the work. My resume and work experience was never discussed with me. Looking back, the whole process was unprofessional.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Senior en août 2019
Entretien
It was a phone interview and 95% of the interview was technical questions and the rest were personal questions. The interview was about an hour long and the next step in the selection process was a sit down interview if the phone interview was passed. Very non-personal
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Where do you see yourself in a couple years? Thermo, fluid, aero , material, and design questions made up the rest of the questions.
