Met with recruiter. Then Hiring manager. Interview was pretty basic. Was told they will let me know next steps. Then got an email that the hiring manager thought I was a good fit bit the CMO didn't think I had enough "development" experience. Not even sure what that means. Also never even talked to the CMO.
