Had a nice conversation with one HR employee then 1 with a Team Leader and with potential colleagues.
Second time I am applying to Sendcloud, I always had the impression that I should be showing more how thankful I am for that they let me apply to their company. I always felt that SC employees feel like they are the Elite of some fantasy world where they live in. When Salary and role itself aren't matching the rest of the market.
Last time ever I applied to this company. Mark my words.

I got a first interview by phone and then an interview via Videocall.
The first interview was pleasant but the second one was fast. 30 minutes and i felt like they tried to fit in as much candidates as possible within the same day as if they didn't have time. One candidate before me and then after me. The manager did not seem to care or have time to hear the answer as she was speeding the questions.
