It was mostly good. Short chat with HR, then technical part and final meet with the team. The only concern is after each stage I often had to follow up myself, and after the final interview it took 11 working days before I received an update. This long silence left me feeling overlooked and somewhat disrespected. I’d also like to mention that during my initial talk with HR, another position with a similar skill set but different responsibilities was discussed. I made it clear that while it was less desirable, I would still consider applying if I wasn’t selected for my preferred role. However, HR showed no interest in pursuing this, and with no feedback, I was left uncertain whether I was simply forgotten. Checking the website later, I saw that the position is still open - Site Reliability Engineer (SRE Team).
