Had 2 round of interview. 1st interview was basically asking about job experience and how I can contribute given my past training experience. 2nd interview was fun as I was allowed to present whatever topic I wanted. The purpose was to evaluate not only how I presented but also how I facilitated the session which was a key role that I was about to do. Hence the 2nd interview was a unique and important benchmark to have.
