Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our interview and screening process. We are very deliberate with our hiring process and want to ensure we hire the best talent possible. When we see someone has potential but doesn’t quite fit the role they are applying for, we try to find room in our budget to hire them since we will still have to hire an additional employee to fill in the gaps.
One of the benefits of working with us is that we are a meritocracy. As you grow and learn new abilities or skills, you can move up in the organization fast and get raises. However, when determining an initial salary, we have to take into account the applicant’s current skillset and experience level, not their potential.
