The first interview was an informational, more casual chat with the HR person. The second interview included a sales call simulation (received a pdf with information before and had time to prepare) with the HR person and team leader.

You are escorted through the premises. You are then invited to answer some basic interview questions. Questions such as: 'what brings you to Madrid' 'what are your strengths' 'what are your weaknesses' If successful, you should receive a job offer. Overall it is quite a simple interview
