The interview process was a panel of two managers and the Assistant Director of Operations. They each asked about 3 questions 2 professional and 1 personal about myself. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and it was slightly informal so it wasn't so intimidating for a first time interviewee like myself.

I interviewed with someone who didn't seem to know much about the job. I was actually offered the job, and they didn't know which grade it would be at. It seemed very amateur.
