It was a very standard interview. The managers were very nice and thoughtful. The questions asked were pretty standard. They did ask a few behavioral/situational questions. After the in person interview, I interviewed the center manager. The whole process took about 1 month.

First they had me list a few references--They used some kind of reference checking software that made me list a couple of phone numbers. This reference software would send out a survey to each phone number and ask them a few questions about me as an employee. Once I managed to wrangle up a few phone numbers (at least 2 required), they got back to me pretty quickly once my references filled out their surveys. Then, they did a zoom interview with me. After the zoom interview, I was onboarded pretty soon after.
