Entretien
I interviewed for the Human Resources Assistant position at HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The process started strong. I had a phone screen followed by an on-site interview that included a tour and introductions to the team. It felt thorough, organized, and genuinely welcoming. At the end of the on-site interview, I was told there might be a final interview with the HR Director. Within a couple of hours of leaving, I received an email inviting me to interview that following Monday. That level of responsiveness was impressive.
After the Monday interview, communication stalled. I followed up and was told some interviews had been pushed back and that I would continue to be updated on the process. That was the last communication I received.
For an organization whose mission centers on caring for people, the candidate experience felt inconsistent with that message. Hiring decisions take time, and delays happen, but timely communication matters. Even a brief update can help candidates feel respected and informed throughout the process.

First a phone interview then in person and from their I have heard it’s like a firing squad. Unsure of pay. Haven’t had the interview yet. This is the most annoying thing to try and read a review
