Very basic. Applied and received initial call (voicemail) two days later. This initial phone interview was with one HR employee asking general background, why I wanted job, my future plans, etc. On-site interviews with the department. Three separate interviews: department head, sub-department head, and an Associate in a related area. Pretty light-spirited.
