I had a contact and screening interview with recruiter in the first phase.
Next phase was a live interview with two engineers. They gave me the task of code design. The questions are broad and streamlined, so it is not clear what you want to hear, because the problem can be solved in many ways.
They give the opportunity to ask questions. There was no clear answer to what merging strategy and how they work with different environments. All tests must be done by the developers. Therefore, the quality and coverage of automatic, integration and end to end tests are hardly well organized. More likely to be reactive than proactive and system work with code and bugs.
No Feedback. But it was promised. This is usually the case when there are no clear criteria for the success of interviews and interviews are more needed to advertise company's "successful" work.
I.e. you will lose more time than you will gain.
