Applied and got an interview invitation the next day. Spoke with the hiring manager who walked me through the role. Said she really liked my background and let me know what the interview process was like and what next steps would be. After a few days without hearing from anyone at the company, I reached out to the hiring manager. I didn't get a response, so I reached out again two weeks later and still heard nothing back. In the interview, she told me that she would schedule another interview for the next week, so I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of response. Very unprofessional.
