Panel-based interview with three members of staff. It was very laid back and gave me a really good feeling for the company culture. They made me feel at ease and my thoughts valued.

There were two different interviews, both remote, with almost the same people. Interview experience was positive, I made it to the second interview, which I was sure went well... And then they just ghosted me. No email to say yes or no, absolutely nothing. Really sad, and such lack of understanding for a company that supports disabled individuals.
