Entretien
The interview process was exceptionally smooth and well-organized. From the very beginning, the recruiter provided clear information and was incredibly responsive at every step. Communication was fast, transparent, and friendly, which made the whole experience stress-free and efficient.
3 stages behavioral, leet code, cultural that involves touching the mission statement. The leet code is medium difficulty written in notepad and does not run. The cultural basically asks you to use the mission statement in your answer
Three "screening" phone calls and then three 45 minutes calls with their engineers - fairly chaotic / disorganized as they changed their mind mid-process about what position they wanted to interview me for.
There were no computer science, algorithm, data structure, or deeply technical question at all. It was all things like "tell us about past projects you worked on".
Then they ghosted me - I had to follow up with the recruiter to find out that they decided not to move forward. Very frustrating and disrespectful.
